In case you missed it, last week we had the honour of being the host branch for NSSC24! Over two packed days of excitement, we had over 540 people in attendance, including 50+ speakers and 30+ exhibitors. Some of our amazing speakers included former astronaut Dan Tani and the UK Space Agency Deputy CEO Chris White-Horne.
We are also treated to a rocket recovery workshop by one of our members, Alex alongside Stuart from Wizard Rockets. On the second day, we were spoilt to a keynote talk from the University of Bristol’s Professor Karen Aplin titled “Sparks in Space”. Thank you so much to everyone for coming and we are already looking forward to NSSC25!
